3. Doctor Verification and Approval
- Doctors must submit required identity/professional details and certificates.
- Doctor profiles are approved by admin review but we do not guarantee medical outcomes.
- If any doctor is found to provide false details, their profile may be removed immediately.
4. Consultation Disclaimer
- Consultations are managed by the doctor directly.
- Patients must provide correct information (age, symptoms, history).
- Medical advice provided by doctors may differ depending on case and medical evaluation.
5. Patient Safety Guidelines
- Always verify doctor details and clinic/hospital location before visiting.
- Do not share OTPs, passwords, or banking details with anyone.
- Do not stop or change ongoing treatment without consulting a qualified doctor.
6. Data and Privacy
Patient messages submitted during consultation requests may be shared with the doctor and admin for processing. We do not sell patient health data.
7. Abuse and Misuse
Any misuse of platform (fake profiles, scam consultations, abusive behavior) may result in immediate suspension and legal action.
